For the 2026 Northern Michigan Small Farm Conference, we’re bringing back a bigger vendor fair! This is a great opportunity to connect with farmers, farm support organizations, and homesteaders.

VENDOR FAIR DETAILS

Monday and Tuesday at the Short’s Beer Garden

  • Two-day trade show for more time with customers

  • Open to the public, as well as conference attendees

  • 300 conference attendees predicted

  • Monday happy hour at the vendor fair

  • Outdoor space for a unique experience

  • Hours:

    Monday 9am to 7:30pm | Tuesday 9am to 3pm

Vendor Specifications and Pricing

  • 10’ x 10’ exhibit space

  • One six foot table + two chairs provided

  • Listing in on-site program guide

  • Listing on conference website

  • Bring a 10 ’ x 10’ tent for protection from the elements.

  • Electrical access: $40

  • $400 for businesses | $300 for nonprofits

Deadlines and Cancellations: Exhibitor registration deadline is September 14, 2026. Space is limited and only secured when payment is received. No refunds are offered for cancellations after payment has been made. No credits will be issued for no-shows. NMSFC reserves the right to repurpose any cancelled space for any use.
